This 12 week progressive training plan is designed for those who already have a solid level of fitness upon which to build, and have been consistently training 3-5 hrs per week with an average of around 10-15 km of running per week, are able to swim 400m non stop and have been cycling 1-2 hours per week for at least 6 weeks before beginning this training plan.
