This 12 week progressive training plan is designed for those who already have a good level of fitness upon which to build, and have been consistently training 4-5 hrs per week with an average of around 10-20 km of running per week, are able to swim 1km non stop and have been cycling 2-3 hours per week for at least 6 weeks before beginning this training plan.
