Arthur Roux is a sports physiotherapist with over 6 years of running and triathlon coaching experience.

 

He combines his sports physiotherapist background and experience with world elite coaches to help people to achieve their sporting goals while staying injury free. 

 

As a runner and triathlete himself with a 10km PB of 31min, and  competing at national level, Arthur understand well the demands of the sport in combination with training and work.
