Sam qualified from the University of Kent in 2007, starting in semi professional football at Bromley FC for several years, where he was then approached  by Millwall FC to work as the assistant therapist alongside the first team. After a couple of seasons Sam jetted off  to Australia where he was approached by a sports injury clinic in Queensland working on a multitude of injuries on a wide array of athletes from Olympic swimmers to professional rugby league, union and AFL stars.

18 months later Sam returned to the UK, opening a sports injury clinic (Thera-p massage & sports injury clinic) offering recovery, injury prevention and peak performance advicein South East London. Since the clinic opened 3 years ago Sam has welcomed world champion body builders, GB power lifters, former boxing champions to professional triathletes through the door
