Laura has been coaching in triathlon since 2015. She is experienced coaching athletes of all levels and her clients benefit from her added insight and expertise as an extremely experienced physiotherapist.

Laura started her physiotherapy career in 2005 in the NHS but has been working privately in busy London clinics since 2010. Laura’s combined interest in physiotherapy and sport make her a highly competent and forward-thinking coach.  This combined knowledge makes her an invaluable member of our team who is actively involved with many of our athletes to ensure that they recover and remain injury free.
