Colin came 2nd in his first ever triathlon (the London triathlon) in 2011. Since that time he has represented Great Britain as an Age Grouper, finishing 3rd in the amateur World Champ´s in 2013. In 2016, he turned professional focusing on the 70.3 & Ironman distance.  From 2018-2020 Colin raced for the Belgium pro team ‘ITZU’

 

Colin was recognised as one of the fastest runners in 70.3 racing and has notched up multiple podiums and over 30 top 10 placings at the professional level. His PB 70.3 is 3hr 40min and Ironman 8hr 8min.  

 

Since turning professional, Colin has been coaching age-group & elite triathletes and runners to maximise their potential and achieve their goals. Colin's approach to coaching draws on the invaluable coaching and mentorship he has received from Trevor Simmons, Mike Trees (5 x Masters World Champ), and more recently his most recent coach 2 x Hawaii Ironman World Champion, Luc Van Lierde. 

Colin has coached first timers to Ironman AG Champs, National Champions & a World AG Champion!
