BIO
Colin came 2nd in his first ever triathlon (the London triathlon) in 2011. Since that time he has represented Great Britain as an Age Grouper, finishing 3rd in the amateur World Championships in 2013. In 2016, he turned professional focusing on the 70.3 distance. From 2018-2020 Colin raced for the Belgium pro team ‘ITZU’.
Colin is recognised as one of the fastest runners in 70.3 racing and has notched up multiple podiums and over 20 top 10 placings at the professional level. Prior to triathlon Colin was a middle - long distance runner and his claim to fame is finishing 2nd to Mo Farah on a couple of occasions.
Since turning professional, Colin has been coaching age-group & elite triathletes and runners to maximise their potential and achieve their goals. Colin's approach to coaching draws on the invaluable coaching and mentorship he has received from Trevor Simmons, Mike Trees, and more recently his most recent coach 2 x Ironman World Champion, Luc Van Lierde.
